Cast Iron Skillet Chicken

The Cast Iron Skillet is a game changer!

  • A pack of Chicken Drums (Coat with oilve oil )

  • Spices: Uncle Chris Steak Seasoning (Fiesta Brand) , Slap Yo Mama Creole Seasoning , Cayenne Pepper !

  • Cut chucks of white onion & bell peppers (Toss on top of chicken)

  • Add enough water to just coat the bottom of the pan after you’ve placed seasoned chicken into the skillet.

  • Bake for 45mins- 1 hour on 400 degrees ——> The texture is amazing. (Broil for 10 mins for extra crispy skin)
